NEW Dolvin Spirit Wear for 2022-23! The deadline to order Spirit wear for sneak peak pick up is July 29, 2024. Any orders after that, or those not picked up at sneak peak will be available for pick up at outside the school on Fridays in August. Spirit Wear that is PRE-ORDER ONLY should arrive in late September/ early October and will be available for distribution at that time. Please make sure to consult the size charts provided as we will not have extra Spirit Wear available for exchange. Order your spirit wear at HERE.

The School Store is available to students before school on select Wednesdays throughout the year from 7:10 - 7:40am in the Double Hallway. Students can purchase a variety of school supply items ranging from $.10 to $3.00.

Yearbook
Capture the memories and order your student's yearbook at the beginning of each school year. Yearbooks will be distributed in May only to those who have pre-purchased a copy. A limited number of ads are available for purchase by 5th grade families. Yearbooks for the 2024-25 school year are now available for sale. Yearbooks are currently on sale for $37. The price will go up to $40 on Feb, 1st 2025. 5th grade ads are also on sale until January 2025 for a cost of $20.
Box Tops
Box Top coupons are on the packaging of hundreds of participating products that you probably use every day. Now you can collect them in digital OR physical form. If you choose to collect physical box tops, all you need to do is clip them off of the package, stick them in a zip lock bag or envelope, and save them until school starts. If you prefer the digital format, download the Box Tops for Education App in the App Store, scan your receipts in the App within 14 days of purchase, and immediately begin helping Dolvin earn money!
Publix
The Publix Partners Program has changed. No longer is it necessary to carry a card around with you and remember to give it to the cashier at checkout. Now you simply need to create a Publix.com account (if you don’t already have one) and select Dolvin Elementary School PTA – Alpharetta, GA under the “My Settings” section. Each time you make a purchase at Publix, enter your phone number at checkout to send funds to Dolvin.

Tanner Photography supports Dolvin Elementary School's Family Portrait Event. Family Portrait Events are available for purchase in the fall. Visit https://dolvinpta.membershiptoolkit.com to purchase your portrait. Scheduled to occur outdoors at MILL CREEK POND and WEBB BRIDGE PARK. You will receive one 11x14 family portrait courtesy of Tanner Family Portraits with your $35 payment to Dolvin PTA. Portrait Sessions are: Friday, October 18, 2024 (4:30PM - 6:30PM) and Sunday, October 20, 2024 (10:00AM - 1:00PM). You will be emailed to schedule your exact appointment time upon receiving your order. Appointments are first come first serve. All sessions will be held outdoors this season.
LED Birthday Message
Recognize your student’s birthday with a Happy Birthday message on Dolvin’s outdoor LED sign at the corner of Jones Bridge Rd and Buice Rd. Messages will run for one day only and are available Monday through Friday, on days school is in session only. If the date you submit falls on a weekend it will be adjusted to the closest Monday or Friday. Have a student with a summer birthday or a birthday during a school holiday? Consider celebrating their half birthday! Messages will read “Happy Birthday [First Name] [Last name].” Submit your order at least 72 hours in advance of the date you want your message to appear.
