Many companies of all sizes match employee donations to non-profit organizations. As you are aware, PTA Georgia Congress dba Dolvin Elementary PTA is a volunteer driven 501(c)(3) not-for-profit agency. EIN #58-1406389. Dolvin Elementary PTA provides academic enrichment programs, student enrichment programs, school enrichment programs, social development events as well as health and community service programs that requires community and corporate support.

1. What is corporate matching?
Many companies match their employees' contributions to nonprofit organizations (US based 501(c)(3)). This could double the money you donate to the organization.
2. When should I apply for corporate matching?
As soon as you make your donation. Some companies distribute corporate matching funds right away, while others process them once a quarter. Some companies have limited windows in which employees are required to submit corporate match requests. If your employer offers corporate matching, please apply for it right away.
3. Does my employer have a corporate matching program?

4. Where do I find my original donation receipt?
A receipt is emailed to you upon contribution through https://dolvinpta.membershiptoolkit.com/. Once logged in, the receipt can also be found under “my account” and then “previous orders”.

Each company has a different process for employer matching. In general, the steps to corporate matching are:
- Check to see if your employer participates in corporate matching and timelines for matching. See above Q&A 2 & 3.
- Find out if Dolvin Elementary PTA is already listed as a non-profit (501(c)(3)) with your company for corporate matching.
- If Dolvin Elementary PTA is not listed, request that Dolvin Elementary PTA be added to their list. See above Q&A 5.
- Submit matching requests electronically via your employer’s employee or giving portal, along with your original contribution receipt.
- If your employer requires manual submissions, please complete it, scan it and email it to dolvinpta@gmail.com for completion.
- Confirmation of corporate match is emailed to dolvinpta@gmail.com and a check is sent to Dolvin Elementary. See above Q&A 5.
