Presidents' Message:

Welcome back to Dolvin Elementary for the 2024-2025 school year!

Can you believe the summer is almost over? We feel like this was one of the shorter summers and have heard the same from many parents. It has been a summer full of changes, with the promotion of our amazing Andy Stein to Principal, the hiring of a new Assistant Principal, lots of painting going on inside the building, and construction outside the building. We will definitely be, "Making a Splash" when we all get back!

Your Dolvin PTA have some great additions to our calendar this year, on top of the many great programs we continue from past years. Ice Cream Social will be Pre-K through 2nd grade again, we will be hosting a Holiday Store in December, and adding an awesome STEM Night in February. We have a really cool fundraising opportunity with the Gwinnett Gladiators in the second semester as well! So many great things happening and the 2024-2025 school year is looking promising!

All of these wonderful things will be communicated in a bi-weekly newsletter, and here, our new ALL IN ONE Website! Yes, it looks different this year, take a look around! Feel free to come back from time to time to check out some new features! The calendar should be up to date soon!

Welcome To Our NEW Site!

Parents,

We are excited to announce that we will be using Membership Toolkit for our main Website, Directory, Online Sales, and Communications.
We invite you to check out everything our PTA has to offer.  Once you create a Membership Toolkit Account, you will be able to; join the PTA for the current school year, access calendar events, get links to volunteer and other forms, make purchases, and much more.  

This site may also be used to become a business partner!  

If you are already a Membership Toolkit user all you have to do is visit the new pages. Don't forgot to download the app! Get calendar and event updates in real time!

If you are new, here's what you need to do: 

• Click on the Register/Login button.
• If you already have an account with another organization that uses Membership Toolkit you can use the same email and password to login. You can then proceed to the numbered steps below.
• Select "Create Account" and fill in the name, email, and password information.
• Click "verify my email" and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.
• Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process. 

1. Complete the Parent/Family and Student Information.
2. Complete the Directory/Publish Preferences.
3. Once these forms are complete, you will be presented with forms for PTA Membership and Spirit Wear.  All of your Back-to-School needs in one convenient place! 

Once the Primary Account is set up, the Primary User can "invite" other email addresses to access his/her account.  This allows the Secondary User to have their own login information, but still have access to the family account.
