Reflections Art Program

Information for the 2024-2025 School Year

The Reflections Program is underway and open to students K-5th!  All submissions must be turned in to the Dolvin Media Center Tuesday, October 25th, 2024. Please contact us at if you have any questions. Late submissions will NOT be judged due to the policy of the Reflections Art Program.
Students should create an original work based on this year's theme, “I am hopeful because...". Students may enter more than one category, but each entry should have its own entry form attached.  See files below for reflection rules per category.   The Georgia PTA has created a You Tube video HEREhighlighting examples of each category.  Categories include Dance Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Music Composition, Photography, and Visual Arts.

  1. Reflect on the 2023 Theme: “I an hopeful because…” Think about what it means to you.
  2. Print a general entry form for EACH category you enter: ENTRY FORM -Please read the rules on the first two pages, complete the third page, and attach to your entry when you submit it. Leave the top of the third page blank where it says to be completed by the PTA.
  3. Turn in all entries to the Dolvin Media Center by Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023
The Reflections Recognition Ceremony date will be 10/24. The location is TBD. Entries are judged locally and the Dolvin winners (2 for each category) advance to the North Fulton Council.  From there, your entry could move on to the State Level or even to the National Level.  Winners at the National Level have their art displayed at National art galleries around the country!
